TRAINING REQUIREMENTS R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 854 Sec. 41 (3) A suitable number of workers at each mine and mining plant shall be trained in the fire-fighting procedures and, (a) the names of such workers shall be posted in a conspicuous place; (b) such workers will be tested for proficiency at least a year and; (c) a written report of the test results shall be made and kept on file. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 854, s. 41 (3). Is that all there is?
