Reports generation – Current stock, Repaired, PNA, O/W calls Benefits : Centralised system which helps in faster tracking of customer handsets. Intimation to customer over handset repair status through SMS. Stock can be maintained & check online anytime. PO can be tracked on daily basis to fasten spare dispatch & recycling. All models software availability - can be downloaded from anywhere. All reports such as Current stock, repair, pending & PNA handsets can be taken out easily. CRM – Functions & Benefits
