2. What is the problem: There is no guide that can help you to find a doctor in your city in Palestine.

3. So… How can we use SMS and mapping technology to find the closest doctor?

Proposed Solutions: To create a partnership and advertising campaign between Souktel and the Ministry of Health We propose to use SMS technology by creating surveys, alerts and notifications to find doctors near by. People then can register through a survey by texting in the word Doctor Now in English or doctorak in Arabic. Then you will receive a small survey asking for your Name, Age, Gender, city and neighborhood.

5. To be continued… The next question will be what type of doctor you are looking for You will be provided with a list of doctors near your exact location via SMS The last SMS will give you a username to keep for your records to use in the future

6. Another feature… There will be a call in voice service for people to call into the system to find a doctor.

7. Feedback and Updating… We will create an interactive map that can be viewed online which shows reviews thoughts and feedback from the community via text message based on city and location Every 6 months users will be contacted to update the system
