2. Our first impressions and feelings ► In the classroom and in the school library we started by looking at some works of art by this artist and … We thought everything was very stange! ► We also knew a little about his life and after we gave our opinions.

We said that… ► “Francis Bacon´s paintings make me heart attacks”( Sebastião); ► “Francis is a little crazy”( Tiago) ► “Pictures are strange”( Pedro) ► “ I think that his paintings are artistic” (Beatriz) and strange ( José e Francisco) ► “We loved his paintings, they are cool!” ((Paulo e Jorge)

6. On another lesson the teachers threw us down a challenge ► Recreate Francis Bacon in colours, this means, to imagine who was the real person that the artist wants to portray.And, we did nice works, as you can see.

10. But we did more… ► In another lesson we imagined the opposite situation, this means,we draw a scene of a fairy tale on Francis Bacon´s way. After we pasted on a thick sheet of paper and we folded in three parts and in the front page we pasted a picture of the author. It was very fun to do this work!
