9 Trust Have you ever disclosed to others your perceived weaknesses? Do you own your mistakes? Do you shout the success of others from the roof tops, or do you take credit for their ideas? Do you offer to help others outside of your own responsibilities? Do you listen before jumping to conclusions? Ask questions to seek clarity? Do you fail to recognize others’ skills and tap into their experiences? Do you dread meetings and try and find reasons not to attend?

10 Delegation Do you own everything about your position, never asking others to help? Do you truly know your own strengths, skill sets, experience and passions and those of the people around you? Do you tap into them? Do you seek clarity and understanding to ensure you are on the same page when asking others to complete a job, a task, a project? Did they describe the expectation back to you as you had envisioned it and in the timeline you had in your head? Did you ask? Did you ask yourself whether you are the right person to be doing the task on your to-do list? What is the cost to me, my career, and my company if I keep the task or delegate it to the right person?

11 Accountability When setting deadlines with others, do you ask them to set the timeframe? – Self, Others, Collaboratively? Is everyone on your team measured to the same standards of performance and overall expectations? Would everyone on your team agree with your answer? Does the average day for you and those around you include accountability with check-ins and check-ups via comfortable conversations? Are you teller or seller? Do you share your goals and action items so others can hold you accountable as well?

12 Freedom How would you describe your freedom at work? How would those around you describe their freedom?
