7. What is a Database? A database is a system that is designed to organize, store, and retrieve large amounts of data easily. Think of it as an electronic file cabinet with vast amount s of information stored ready for retrieval.

All fields may be moved by clicking on the Double arrows. For this database we will move all fields by clicking on the double arrows.
