SURVIVING THE HOSTILITIES INDIVIDUAL ROLE Being Wise and careful about how you live and operate in a hostile environment [Matthew 10:16; Ephesians 515-17] Being sober, conscious, aware of the dangers and schemes of the enemy [I Peter 5:8] Do not be ignorant of the enemy’s devices [2 Corinth. 2:11] Being fully kitted to both resist and fight back [Eph. 6:10-18] Being sensitive to the leading and direction of the Lord [Paul – Acts 20:22-24; David – I Samuel 23:9-12; 13-14; 30:6-8] Being responsible for your own welfare and trusting the Lord for your sustenance [Acts 20:32-35]
