October 16, 2013| Release 23; | KToal | CONFIDENTIAL The Check-In… Product Management Since the rollout of our Dashboard and Analytics Center in June, RDN has looked for ways to enhance the material while at the same time following the principals that the material be 1.) specific, 2.) at-a-glance, 3.) valuable, and 4.) timely. In our next 2 releases, we will be providing you with refinements to this valuable tool to further these principles for your organization. With this in mind, RDN is rolling out in this Iteration some enhancements that allow you to have visibility into your costs per repo. On the Performance Page, you will now see 2 new columns, Cost per Order and Cost per Repo which provide, at-a-glance, real time data about your vendors’ costs. You can drill into those two columns by selecting them and going to a new page which provides specific details about the fees your vendors’ are charging. This data can be sorted by service type, compared to other service types and to your vendor groups. To further allow you to analyze this data, you will be able to export to Excel and slice-and-dice it any way you choose.. [2]

[3] Looking across different regions or locations will highlight inconsistencies and differences that provide you with the ability to respond quickly to areas of concern. By adjusting the time frame, you will be able to see trends over time. In an upcoming release, you will also have visibility into averages across your network via a scatter graph. This will allow you to identify variances in cost, or days to repo. You will understand your averages and will be able to set management objectives for upcoming months. We think that these enhancements take our DASHBOARD to the next level of detail and live up to the principals of specificity, at-a-glance, valuable and timely information.

Phone numbers have always been directly associated with addresses. Now, phone numbers can be entered for cases without being associated with an address. However, even if a Phone number is associated with an address, as they still can be, you will be able to log calls to the numbers. On adding a new address, you will no longer see the address type of Phone Number Only.

There is an address with a phone number: And a stand along phone: (000) 111-2222 The phone number associated with an address does not have a name. A name can be added to the number by editing the number in the Phone Numbers section. If the number is associated with an address and is updated in this section, then the phone on the address will also be updated.

These new fields have been added to the Recovery Information section and are required for New York recoveries.
