4 With reference the process concept figure, productivity associates quantities/costs of resources at the input to product at the output. The transformation process determines our level of productivity

6 1.Partial productivity is the ratio of output to one class of input Example : material productivity is the ratio of output to material input, labor productivity is the ratio of output to labor input. 2.Total Productivity is the ratio of total output to the sum of all input Factors

7 E = 100 x HeHc E = Percent Efficiency He = Standard Hours Earned Hc = Clock Hours on Job Example : The standard time for an operator is 11.46 minutes per piece. In an 8 hour shift.
