Benson Stake Fireside – September 26, 2010 Searching for Ancestors Step-by-Step!!! Family History Enjoy the Journey!
2
It’s like a treasure hunt! It’s actually fulfilled my life! It’s really interesting to think about all the people who came before me, who somehow did something that made me who I am today and where I am today. I felt like celebrating because this person had all of a sudden come to life for me! It’s saving the family by understanding how connected we really are. What is Family History…
3
How Do We FEEL the JOY? For some, the experience is like Laman and Lemuel returning for the brass plates --- arduous and unpleasant. For others, it is an adventure because they enjoy the journey. What Makes the DIFFERENCE?
4
The pleasure comes from putting forth effort… and eventually having success.
