144 cabins are current on their dues. Thank You! Approximately $29,000 is still due for current quarter. There are 33 cabins delinquent at least one or more quarters. Including finance charges and the current quarter’s dues, this represents almost $55,000. The 9 cabins in foreclosure represent almost $25,000 of the $55,000 – 45%. One cabin, not in foreclosure, owes over $12,000. We have a lien on it.

155 cabins are current on their utility fees. Approximately $13,000 is still due for current quarter. 22 cabins are at least one quarter behind in their utility fees. Including finance charges and the current quarter’s fee, this represents slightly more than $18,000. The 9 cabins in foreclosure represent about half this amount at almost $9,100. One cabin, not in foreclosure, owes almost $4,000. We have a lien on it.
