8 MIG Strategies Passage of Medicaid Buy-InPassage of Medicaid Buy-In –Fundamental purpose: help people with disabilities increase earnings from work without fear of losing Medicaid services. –Medicaid Buy-In coverage is Medicaid but with a premium payment. –Allows for higher income limits –Allows for higher asset limits Expansion of PAS (Personal Assistance Services)Expansion of PAS (Personal Assistance Services)
