9 9 THE WATCH LOG/LOGBOOK A complete chronological log maintained to ensure an accurate permanent record of the command's activities. I have in my possession (1) one duty bag containing: (1) Midshipman duty binder, (1) Midshipman duty logbook, (1) black pen, (1) notepad, (1) working flashlight, (1) copy of the staff and unit recall roster, and (1) duty key ring containing (2) keys. All is secure and there is nothing unusual to report at this time. MIDN Schmuckatelly currently on deck. (Sign and date). 2000MIDN Duty off to tour area.
