Mrs. Weicks Education: Education Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point; Computer Education Certification from Mississippi State. Background: I was raised in a small farming community in the beautiful state of Wisconsin! (Yep, I am a Cheesehead!) I married a man from just outside of New Orleans, lived there for 9 years, and had two children. We were transferred to Mississippi in 2001 and we have all loved living here ever since! Teaching Experience: This is my 13th year teaching! I have taught in Wisconsin, Louisiana and Mississippi. I have taught at the Elementary and Middle School levels.

Blackboard Online Learning classroom website used in ICT. In class & at home Accessed at rcu.blackboard.com Login & Password is their MSIS number. Announcements, daily agenda, assignments, and tests Makeup Work – check daily agenda. SMART sync

ICT Supply List 1 or 1 ½ inch 3-ring binder with pockets 8 dividers with tabs for binder – with pockets preferably Notebook paper for binder Highlighter Ear Buds in snack size Ziploc bag 1 USB portable flash drive 1 pack of colored pencils or magic markers Blue/black ink pens – NO COLORED INK PENS

Course Notebook 3 ring binder with 8 tabbed dividers with pockets if possible. Labels found in their syllabus Binder check every 3-5 weeks for daily grade – easy 100! First check Thursday (A day) & Friday (B day)

Classroom Rules Respect yourself, the teacher, each other, and all personal and school property. Be prepared for class. Don’t download anything. Bring a positive attitude with you. Be cooperative and considerate with others. Mind your manners. Don’t change computer settings. Always follow directions the first time. Be trustworthy. Raise your hand and wait to be recognized before speaking or getting out of your seat.
