The book is taking place during World War 2 in Russia. During this time any German dogs that lived in Russia would be taken away and killed. Until, Mikhail finds a guy named Petr who has a German Shepard. So, Mikhail takes the man and the dog back to his house. You’ll have to read the book to learn more about the dog and Petr.

4. What I like about this book
I like that it’s a part of history but it isn’t a real thing that happened,
The other thing I like is that it’s a mystery and a action book.
