Social infrastructure Total Roads damaged : 3230 kms Village footpaths (cement concrete) damaged : 1596 nos. Bridges / Culverts damaged : 8135 nos. Transportation infrastructure Power infrastructure : Major damage to generation plants, electrical grid, substations, transformers and local distribution network Energy infrastructure

Water management infrastructure Gram Panchayat offices damaged: 60 nos. Community toilets damaged: 155 nos. Village level cooperatives (MPCS) damaged: 49 nos. Rural Product Marketing Centers (RPMC) damaged: 8 nos. Community infrastructure Cattle lost: 525 nos. Sheep, Goats, Pigs lost: 808 nos. Agriculture crops damaged: 7500 hectares Economic infrastructure Damage to 259 nos of religious institutions, monuments and various heritage monasteries, temples and churches. Along with this valuable artifacts have also been destroyed along with historic manuscripts Cultural heritage institutions :

19 Prime Minister’s Special Package  Till 31 st March 2014, the State Government has received Rs 700.00 Crores  Total expenditure made till 31 st March 2014 is Rs 651.90 Crores, all works are in progress and RA bills, bills for the works completed are in process

20 Prime Minister’s Special Package Monitoring and Evaluation  Every Department has its own multidisciplinary Internal Monitoring Committee to supervise work and submit reports before release of payments.  The Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department officials also inspects the works.  Chief Secretary along with the Senior Officials and Technical Team has been regularly monitoring and inspecting important areas for recovery and rebuilding.
