WHAT IS Procedure for Reporting Cases WHO Any person having knowledge of commission of an offence under the Act shall report Media, Hotel, Lodge, Hospital, club, studio or photographic facilities if come across any material or object which is sexually exploitive of a child shall report WHERE Special Juvenile Police Unit or Local Police Failure to report punishment of imprisonment upto 6 months or fine or both Failure to report offence committed by sub-ordinate- punishment of imprisonment upto 1 year and fine www.vaishalibhagwat.com
