Unlike other providers, Spectrum puts 2 different technologies into their cabinets so customers can choose ADSL 2+ (upto 20Mbps ) VDSL 2 (upto 80Mbps ) These technologies offer different benefits – ADSL2+ is cheaper and can deliver broadband over 2km. Whereas VDSL2 gives very fast speeds and better upload but you have to be close to the cabinet.
