2. C-Notes: Topic: Summary Writing EQ: What does a summary entail? When you summarize an article: Highlight its main points and arguments without writing down every single detail. (only the necessary facts) A summary should answer two questions: 1.What is the most important idea in this reading? 2.What information supports this idea?
