Capital expenditures include: - Construction work (building, roads, sewerage, etc.) - The purchase of equipment and its installation - Commissioning works - Startup * - indicative data based on Russian prices All milestones of work from order to startup produced in complex, "turnkey".

7 Current costs for 1 power plant (1 МW)* Current costs for one power plant are approximately 10% of CAPEX or 0,375 million $ per year Current costs include: - Wage fund - Land rent, taxes, etc. - Expendable materials (spare parts, accessory equipment, working clothes, etc.) - Lubricants * - indicative data based on Russian prices No costs for: fuel for power plant (rice husk is a waste of production) utility costs (self-sufficient in heat and electricity)
