5. The iTransition curriculum has four trainings that can be completed in any order.

25. Lesson 4: Planning & Applying to Your Postsecondary Option. In this lesson, students will: 1.Define the steps required to apply to a postsecondary program. 2.Learn about the different kinds of tests used for admittance and placement. 3.Identify different sources of financial aid.

26. High School Plan Students discover what they need to do at each grade level to be ready to go on to postsecondary training after high school.

27. Out of High School Plan It’s never too late to decide to go back to school! Topics covered in these activities include: Increasing basic skills and obtaining a GED Career counseling Building self-advocacy skills Exploring financial aid options Applying to a postsecondary school out of high school.
