To identify research activities that could potentially result in major advances in the areas of epilepsy, e.g. prevention treatment (cure) The research priorities should address the most pressing scientific, clinical, and industrial needs in the field of epilepsy Prof. M Baulac and Prof Asla Pitkanen Objective of the Action Coordination Why "Epilepsy" is not a topic for calls in FP7 (1st and 2nd call) To get "epilepsy" as a topic in the (3rd) or 4th call... and FP8
