Question Choose a play in which a theme of significance, is developed by the dramatist. Briefly indicate what that theme is and then go on to show how the playwright conveys the significance of this theme.

Intro “Men Should Weep” by Ena Lamont Stewart is a depressing, bleak drama which explores the life of a deprived family living in the east side of Glasgow during The Great Depression of the 1930’s. The writer depicts the horrendous aspects of poverty through the family’s well being and lifestyle.
