Monitoring Planning and controlling issues relating to Budgeting, sanction, deletion and cost estimation of Project proposals for State under his control. It is also his responsibility to enroll maximum number of farmers in particulars and villagers in generals for membership of SFRD and to appraise them about the new development taking place in the field of Agriculture, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry and other governmental initiatives and how to benefit from the entrepreneurship program launched by SFRD.
