AYURVEDA AYU + VEDA = AYURVEDA “AYU” means Life & “VEDA” stands for Science “Science of life” Or “Knowledge of life” Thus the term Ayurveda stands for science in which the knowledge of life exists, by knowing which one can enjoy longer and healthier life
