27 In 2003 evolved as a non profit organization from Missouri Bootheel Healthy Start Regional Consortium, a community-based infant mortality program that addressed infant mortality since 1997 in the project region MBRC, Inc. Replaced Sudden Infant Death Syndrome – St. Louis (SIDS Resources) as the previous Grantee for the MBHS project in June 2005 MBRC, Inc is governed and staffed by residents from the S.E.
