12 Primary Care Manchester Ltd – GP Provider Organisation (GPPO) GPPO as the organiser of services Interested practices become shareholders who then appoint directors Practices do not need to be shareholders to offer services GPPO manages the “LES” and Beacon services GPPO also creates a Community Clinic, using a variety of resources, for any other patients.
