9 Admission requirements 4 year undergraduate in Sciences or equivalent B+ average in final year of undergraduate program Statistics or mathematical course B+ English proficiency TOEFL or IELTS Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) Personal letter (750 words) Two letters of recommendation (health professional applicants can include one from employer)

10 Who should apply? Recent graduates from undergraduate programs, medical residents, and health professionals in practice. Small number of full-time international students may be accepted Please do not contact potential supervisors or practicum sites for application
