DIET COMPARATION: -My diet at week days is as healthy as the pyramid. -I have a lot of fruit, vegetables, milk, etc. And this kind of food is healthier than junk food. -But at weekends my diet is less healthy than the pyramid because I have hot dogs, hamburgers, ice-creams,chips, pizzas, pop corn and coke. -This kind of food has more fat than the food I eat at weekdays.
