Writing prompt expectations 1. Date each entry. 2. Make your writing legible. 3. Write for the fully allotted time. I will come around stamp your task each day.

Writing task O What if technology (computers, tv, cell phones, cars, etc.) suddenly stopped working? O Write a story, section of a story, or scenario based on this “what if…?” idea.

Appointment Activity 1. Step 1: Make appointments 2. Step 2: Meet up with appointments when instructed 3. Step 3: During appointments, discuss question and take notes on the back of your paper. You will turn these in. 4. Step 4: Report out after each appointment

Exit task-Two truths and a lie 1. Write your name on the card. 2. Write down two true and interesting facts about you that others in the class may not know. 3. Write down one lie. 4. Turn in the card to me. 5. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll pull a few of these each day and try to guess which is true and which is a lie.
