2. AGFA’s Packing Plates Instructions

3. The AGFA slide show will demonstrate how to pack plates securely to assure the plates will not be damage during shipment.

4. We start with opening the box and putting in the insert/flap board.

5. Next, place two slip sheets on top, overlapping each other with tape.

6. Place the first plate in the middle, up right.

7. Place a slip sheet on top of the first plate.

8. Position another plate on top of the covered plate. Continue with this process until you get to the last plate.

9. Position the last plate upside down. This prevents the image on the plate from being scratched when opening.

10. Next, you place another slip sheet on top of the last plate.

11. Now, we will wrap the plates with the bottom slip sheets. Take the sides and fold them over and tape.

12. Next, take the bottom and top sides, and fold and tape.

13. After all sides have been taped, flip the plates up side down, relieving a clean and professional look.

14. Next, you will fold and tape all flaps down. Start from the back, wrapping it around the flap until you reach the top. Then stretch tape to the other end of the other flap.
