26 What does a WorkView | Case Manager Application look like?

27 Select your application from the from the Unity Client Menu Name your application anything you want!

28 The Ribbon displays the Application Name. Users can change views as needed: Filters Calendars Favorites Recently Viewed Users with permissions can create new data records.

29 Filters allow users to search through data records, and can be created by administrators or the users themselves.

30 Filters Bars are used to organize the Filters a user can see.

31 Context Search allows users to perform full-text searches… but we’ll talk more about that later!

32 When users select a Filter the Filter Ribbon appears… and the Filter panel appears in the viewer. Filters are like Custom Queries, but for Data Records.

33 When a Filter Search is performed the search results are displayed with all the list organization features of the Unity Client!
