Provide a forum where conflicts can be dealt in a constructive and professional manner. Familiarise the participants with the specific working techniques and with the workshop situation. 5 5.4.1 Urban Platform and Interest Analysis 5 How to do it Collect: write down the manner of all persons and groups connected with or influenced by the project. Classify: categorise them (target group, implementing agencies,...). Describe: characterise them (structure, status). Analyse: analyse the interests, motives, potentials, problems of each group. Evaluate: identify consequences for the project work.
