12  Inser t Equiment, Machine, Device, Jig  Prompted to add to database  Select Yes

13  Select the  DBS to view the Equipment, Machine Database

14  Dynamic Torque Tool is added to the Database

15  Unprotect the Database  Enter Password

16  Select SORT Button  Database is now Sorted  Change Date Reviewed to current Date e.g. zzz Reviewed 17/02/2010 to zzz Reviewed 02/10/2010

17  Add Product or Process Requirements

18  Insert Requirement break to separate multiple Requirements

20  Enter Potential Failure Mode  Select Yes to add to database when prompted

21  To add an additional Potential Failure Mode  Select Cell (new row will be added UNDERNEATH selected cell)  Select Insert row from Menu

22  Enter 1 to add 1 row UNDERNEATH cell selected  Select OK

23  New row is inserted UNDERNEATH

24  Enter Failure Mode  Insert Failure Mode break to separate the two different failure modes

25  Select yes

26  Failure Mode break is now inserted

27  You can select an item from the Database if already entered before

81  To implement another change enter x in the field  New change is added underneath the previous history

82  Select Refresh Charts from Menu

83  To view any Chart select from menu

84  To save your FMEA  Select Save

85  Select Save with Backup - to save a backup copy of the FMEA  Save with backup saves 2 copies  1 with Date and another with date&time

86  Select button to view any scale
