Have someone to add chairs as people arrive If you’re the speaker sit down for the discussion to level so people with open up.

Recommended Uses Sessions where intimacy with the group is critical so they will talk. How to Make it Work Facilitator can stand to gain more of a power position If some aren’t talking ask them an open ended question If some are talking to much thank them and remind them that others may have input.
