55 As of January 1, 2015 we currently owe $779,994.84 on the Fellowship building and 121,983.43 on the rental house. This makes our total combined debt $901,978.27 Our debt payments at Kento-Boo are $7,282.44 per month, which is roughly 28.8% percent of our monthly budget.
