40. Summary / Abstract This research proposal is designed to address the insomnia issue among AIU students in all programme studies. The idea is to introduce and propose some possible solutions to overcome insomnia amongst AiU students. The medium I used to convey my ideas is an A3-sized poster. The research proposal runs for four weeks during the first semester of 2013. Participants interested to join in the programme are required to do an online survey and meet once every two weeks to participate in the insomnia assessment, and receive solution guides that are available on a poster to help them along the way. The anticipated outcome of this proposal is that participants are able to overcome their insomnia by 50% in two weeks. The findings may be useful for other people who are having the same problem.
