SP's Slide - UxU Physics at RHIC is running steadily, substantial boost from stochastic cooling now, * Uranium run ends in 8 days – Wed. 16 Th (possibly a little earlier ?) * - NSRL is running steadily. NRO irradiations this week, with a variety of ions, Xe, Kr, Ta, Au, from EBIS or Tandem, - BLIP is running steadily. Program for the coming week : - Carry on delivering stores to Physics. - Next Maintenance Day is tomorrow Wednesday 9 May. Activities will be scheduled to maximize RHIC running, accouting for plans on the LIPA side : * shut-off of the 69kV Booster feed line tomorrow at 0630, 6 to 16 hrs work needed by LIPA, * A store for Physics will be put up at ~0500 and extended to 1300. 3
