BAC Levels The risk for causing a motor vehicle accident doubles at slightly above.05% 6x’s greater at.10% 25x’s greater at.15%

If you weigh 150lbs your chances of getting into an accident doubles after 2 drinks

Penalties Refusal to take a breath test is equal to driving with a BAC of.08% for a 1 st offense. This is called the “Implied Consent Law” Penalties include: Loss of driving for 6mths – 1yr Sur-charge $1,000 per year for 3 years (failure to pay will result in an indefinite suspension of driving until fee is paid)
