2 Elementary Consolidation Options Turner School - Consolidate with Lakewood School - Close Turner / Eliminate need to treat well water - Cost Savings: $214,861 Clements School - Consolidate with Lockeford School - Close Clements - Cost Savings: $ 54,682

3 Elementary Consolidation Options Postpone 7/8 expansion at Lockeford School - Cost Avoidance: $218,378 Other options presented at the November 18 th Board of Education meeting are provided on budget detail forms attached.

4 Secondary Consolidation Options Middle College High School Do not recommend any changes - Forty percent of the current enrollment at Middle College High School is inter-district transfer students. This equates to approximately 100 students. The Middle College High School grant is $125,000 per year and is currently a line item in the CA budget. There has been no talk of that line item being cut (the grant supports about 10 of the middle colleges throughout the State.) As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delta College there is no charge for using facilities at Delta.
