3. How to Measure What We Do Judge care on VALUE = Outcomes/Cost Also must look at access – High value care not accessible is worthless.

Confluence Health Regional Strategy Support development of local high value care: – Metrics to measure value (outcomes and cost) Where care can not be provided locally in the region– have Wenatchee be a high value referral center, with good access, for what Wenatchee can do well. Have high value partnerships for care we can not do well

5. Strategy for the Region, not just Confluence Health Need to integrate all Community Health care efforts— Keeping it in silos is no longer adequate. Need all community providers engaged. – Show outcomes (as best we can measure them) – Transparent about cost - Not that Confluence Health is there, but we have started the journey – Facilitate community wellness and healthy lifestyles through partnerships and collaboration – use best practices
