2 "Ek-Onkaar" "Ek-Onkaar" - God is One. The fact that the Guru Granth Sahib starts with the numeral "1" (1) emphasises the Oneness of God and the importance of this teaching. It is an Absolute value. 3 "SatNaam " - The True Name. "Sat" means True or Real and everlasting and Naam means Name but also infers the Essence of God. 12 Kirtan Sohila: Kirtan Sohila: To remove the fear of death. Good to recite when your life feels boring, and you are uninspired. It multiplies your aura, eliminates negativity in you and around you, and protects you. Recited before you sleep at night to bring restful sleep, prevent nightmares and create a shield of protection.
