12. خلاصه در بخش عفوني بيمارستان امام خميني ( ره ) به منظور بررسي مقايسه تاثير دو آنتي بيوتيك كلرامفنيكل و سيپروفلوكساسين برروي سالمونلاتيفي مطالعه بر روي هشتاد و دو بيمار انجام شد سن بيماران 46-20 سال و ميانگين سني 31 سال بود بيماران با تب و برادي كاردي مراجعه نموده بودند پس از مشخص نمودن سالمونلاتيفي كليه بيماران تحت درمان با كلرامفينكل قرار گرفتند و افراديكه طبق آنتي بيوگرام به كلرامفنيكل حساس نبودند و علائم بيماري تخفيف نيافت تحت درمان با سيپروفلاكساسين قرار گرفتند 30 درصد بيماران در گروه دوم يعني درمان با سيپروفلاكساسين قرار گرفتند و پاسخ درماني كاملاً رضايتبخش بود. گر چه سيپروفلاكساسين نسبت به كلرامفنيكل بسيار گران است ولي با توجه به تاثير آن بهتر است در بيمارانيكه پس از 48 ساعت درمان با كلرامفنيكل هنوز داراي علائم شديد هستند بايستي با سپيروفلاكساسين درمان شوند. مطالعات ديگر نيز نتايجي مشابه اين مطالعه داشته اند.
