Joint County Association/SLCC membership on the County Durham and Cleveland County Training Partnership Joint discussions about training to be delivered and ways in which delivery is implemented. County Association /SLCC representatives deliver training sessions either separately or together. COUNTY TRAINING PARTNERSHIP
