1. COLLEGIATE CABINET 2013- 2014 GOALS

2. The Wells College Collegiate Association is a self-governing student run organization set in place to serve the student body at Wells College in order to ensure a community of freedom and respect for the academic and personal lives of its members (Pg. 165 in community handbook).

3. INCREASE SENSE OF COMMUNITY Community at Wells is very important. How do we plan to do this? -Increased attendance at Rep Council meetings -Heighten awareness of committees on campus -Integrating non-traditional and off campus students better -Encourage more club events on campus

BE MORE VISIBLE ON CAMPUS -Reaching out to students -Ensuring the freshman class knows about collegiate -Collegiate Lunches -Posting Office Hours -Keeping you informed about what we are doing -Social Media (we are on facebook & twitter) -Stay involved with clubs and committees -Attending events -Open line of communication

5. CREATING POSITIVE AND TANGIBLE CHANGE -Hearing YOUR ideas… Come to our office hours! -Following through on ideas -PR the changes we make What have we done so far? - We created a Collegiate Mission Statement -The most successful nomination process we’ve seen in the past 4 years -Collegiate event punch cards -Facilitating changes in the library (in progress)

6. OPEN COMMUNICATION -Bi-directionally with students… come to our office hours! -Suggestion box in the café (just in case you miss our office hours) -Social media (twitter, facebook, email) - Serving as a bridge between the students and the administration -Our hope is to help facilitate change and explain WHY
