7. PNC - Mission To serve PNC members in promoting multi-disciplinary and cultural knowledge development and information sharing through active scholarship.

8. PNC - Vision Through active scholarship, culture knowledge development and information sharing will be promoted. Information technology will be no more obtrusive than printed books or telephones. The Pacific Rim's libraries, archives, and Museums in all languages will be available to anyone, anywhere. Expert know-how will be available to all.
