Process For Requesting To Host The requesting nation consults with the Secretariat to determine the feasibility and to understand the financial or technical constraints The requesting nation Corporate Board member consults with his his/her leadership to obtain concurrence before offering to host The requesting nation briefs the corporate board The corporate board takes a vote to select location The nations that have not yet hosted have highest priority 4

Host Nation Responsibilities The Corporate Board member coordinates with his leadership to secure funding to:  Fund cultural tour  Fund cultural dinner  Fund transportation to and from airport, dinner and tours  Fund administrative equipment support Provide Support Staff (Admin, Minutes Takers, Security, etc) Identify host nations priorities / training objectives Identify IHC organizations to be engaged Identify Industry players for technology demos Identify guest speakers and VIP Provide support to Secretariat Site Surveys 5
