2. What is the TCCC? The TCCC is a Federal/State/Industry partnership that supports the training of the highway construction and maintenance personnel. The goals of the TCCC are to: –Develop and maintain a national curriculum for various transportation disciplines –Identify training and certification requirements –Coordinate/facilitate training efforts
