29. How it works Entering a visitor

30. “Pat Walsh” has arrived, so we enter his name …

32. … and where he’s going to visit.

33. We take his picture with the optional camera. Just by clicking the center of the image, it crops perfectly.

34. Now all we do is “Sign In & Print.”

35. This is the badge that will come out of your printer.

36. Optional time-expiring technology makes eVisitorPass badges change color overnight so they can’t be reused.

37. “Pat Walsh” is now on the “Signed In” list.

38. When Pat leaves, you select his name and click “Sign Out.”

39. … and now Pat Walsh is on the “Signed Out” list.

41. Let’s say you want a list of who has visited so far this month.

42. You click the Reports” button, and a window pops up.

43. You use the drop-down menu to select a time frame …

44. … then click “Go.”

45. You get a report containing each visitor’s name …

46. … their photo (if available) …

48. … what type of visitor they were (such as “vendor”) …

49. … who they were visiting (if recorded) …

50. … the time they arrived, the time they left, and so on.

51. Reports can be sent to a printer, to Excel or Word, or saved as a PDF file.
