9 5 steps to having it all 1. Take responsibility 2. Look after yourself- good food, good rest, good play & exercise 3. Become familiar with your boundaries (saying no) 4. Know what you want, and be flexible as your needs change 5. Laugh and play more and everyday notice the things you are grateful for.
